The first time we met,

The first time we talked all night,

The first time we held hands,

The first time we Looked

Together at the night sky.

The bond we shared

have gone beyond bind

And the moments we shared

Are sketched in my mind.

The last time we met,

The last time I saw you at sunrise,

The last time we held hands,

The Last time we kissed

Under the open sky.

Tried to hide them

Behind a wall so thin

But your distant memories

Have become my second skin.

Standing by the seaside I think about you staring in the distance All void and blue Tides come gushing just like your memories and sweep the sand beneath my feet leaving me in misery So I run, I run away, faster than my heart could beat, but I still find your memories clinging to me like the dry sand on my wet feet. I try to find you in the moon whilst gazing at the stars I wish you were here not somewhere unknown in the far And as the night breeze blows ringing the windchime, You'll be dancing in my dreams until the next time. 🌸
